Data Deletion Instructions

OMRA AI gives you full control over your data. Below are the ways you can delete data we hold about you, including any data we received from Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google, TikTok, LinkedIn, or other connected platforms.

Option 1 — Delete from inside OMRA AI

This is the recommended option. It permanently removes everything we hold about you.

  1. Sign in to OMRA AI
  2. Click your profile icon in the top-right corner
  3. Choose Settings → Account
  4. Scroll to Delete Account
  5. Confirm the deletion

Your account, content, brand profiles, generated assets, and all OAuth tokens are deleted within 30 days.

Option 2 — Disconnect a single platform

If you only want to remove data from one connected platform (e.g., Facebook) but keep your OMRA AI account:

  1. Sign in to OMRA AI
  2. Go to Configuration → Connected Accounts
  3. Click Disconnect next to the platform you want removed

Disconnecting immediately revokes our access token for that platform and schedules deletion of all data we obtained from it within 30 days.

Option 3 — Remove OMRA AI from Facebook directly

If you want to revoke access from the Facebook side (without signing into OMRA AI):

  1. Open Facebook → Settings → Apps and Websites
  2. Find OMRA AI in the list of active apps
  3. Click the X or Remove

Facebook will notify our deauthorization endpoint and we will delete all Meta-derived data within 30 days. You can verify deletion or check status by emailing us with your Facebook user ID — see Option 4.

Option 4 — Email request

If you cannot access the in-app option, email srijana@hiphype.co with the subject line “Data Deletion Request.”

Please include:

  • The email address associated with your OMRA AI account
  • If applicable, your Facebook user ID (find it at findmyfbid.com or in Facebook Settings → Your Facebook Information)
  • Whether you want full account deletion, or only deletion of data from a specific platform

We will process your request within 30 days and confirm by email.

What gets deleted

When you delete your account or disconnect a platform, we delete:

  • Your profile, account credentials, and authentication tokens
  • OAuth access tokens and refresh tokens for connected platforms
  • Brand profiles, uploaded assets, and generated content (captions, scripts, images, videos, blogs)
  • Competitor research and analysis you initiated
  • Campaign configurations and historical metrics tied to your workspace
  • Any Meta data we received (Pages list, post engagement metrics, profile info)

What we may retain

  • Limited billing records required by tax and accounting law (for the legally required period only)
  • Encrypted backups, which roll off within 90 days
  • Aggregated, de-identified usage statistics that do not identify you

Confirmation status

After Facebook calls our deauthorization webhook, you can check the status of your deletion request using a confirmation code included in the response. If you submitted the request via email, we will send a confirmation email within 30 days.
