Common questions

I connected Facebook but I don't see my Page

OMRA AI only receives access to Pages you explicitly authorized during the OAuth dialog. If a Page is missing, disconnect from Configuration → Connected Accounts and reconnect — when Facebook asks which Pages to share, make sure your Page is checked.

How do I delete my account?

How do I cancel my subscription?

Go to Billing → Cancel Subscription in OMRA AI. You keep access through the end of the current billing period.

Can I get a refund?

Refunds are not provided except where required by law. If you cancelled before your trial ended, you were never charged. For exceptional circumstances, email us.

Is my content used to train AI?

No. Content you generate, brand profiles you upload, and platform data we receive are never used to train AI models. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Why was a publish/post action rejected by Facebook or Instagram?

Facebook and Instagram have content policies and rate limits we have to obey. If a post is rejected, the error from Meta is shown in the publish queue. Common causes include: page not properly connected, scope expired, content violates Meta policy, or account flagged.

Where is my data stored?

Production data is hosted on Railway in the United States and the European Union. All data is encrypted at rest and in transit. Per-workspace isolation is enforced at the database level.

If you discover a security vulnerability in OMRA AI, please email srijana@hiphype.co. Do not file a public GitHub issue or social media post until we have had a chance to address it. We aim to acknowledge reports within 48 hours.
